Getting the silk road error screen when i try uploading a picture

try the vendor section of the forums you should have better luck getting an answer there :)

I had this problem for cpl of weeks, i got round it by reducing the size of the pic give that a go

i find i have to play around with the picture size to get it right

Another vendor experiencing errors previously used the following method to upload an image successfully:
