Title: 98.3% positive feedback from only 5/5..

Hello I pride myself on perfect stats an was wondering why I have 98.3% positive from only 5/5 rating?

One customer did accidentally post 4/5 and change it soon after so maybe it will update to 100% I hope so!

All updated , back to 100 and all 5/5 !
