Arrrghhhh.... This is the longest - in 34 purchases - I've ever had to wait after my BTC were send to my wallet. It's tearing my apart. I'm refreshing my account page every 5 minutes, as I was hoping to get my order send out today so I'd receive it before the weekend... What's the longest you've ever had to wait, after being told by your BTC service provider that your coins had been send? Let's make eachother feel better by sharing my-story-is-shittier-than-your-story, stories... :-\

the max i had to wait was 2 hours but i didn't deposit in a long time

In the good ol days where SugarMama only had an 8% fee I once waited four days to receive my coins. What BTC method are you using OP?
-
Finally my coins arrived after a 27h journey

Hi, do you know that if you go to blockchain.info and put your BTC address in the search box, it'll tell you if it's unconfirmed or how many confirmations it has done. You need 6, in case you didn't know, and after 6 they should show in the target wallet. Magic

In order to fight off the recent DoS attack we had to do substantial reconfiguration to the entire Silk Road system. We are still working out the kinks, and there are a couple of isses that have to be addressed. One is deposits and withdrawals not showing up in a timely manner. We found one problem the new config was causing to this system and fixed it today, so deposits/withdrawals should be flowing now. If you still don't have yours, please message support on the main site.
The other issue is being logged out seemingly at random. We are still looking for the cause of this problem, but I assure you it is a top priority and we will get it fixed soon.
Thank you for your patience as we recover from the recent attack.
