Title: Withdrawal Issue - Invalid Address

I keep getting an "invalid address" message in a red box when trying to do withdrawals.  I have tried multiple addresses and even tried doing one to my SR deposit address and they all get the same error message.

Can someone please look into this and make it so withdrawals work again?

DPR is aware of the issue and it will be resolved as quickly as possible.
