Title: Vendor hasn't logged on in 3 days, money is held up?

Hey! I hope this is the correct place to post.  I ordered from a well known vendor Thursday. The order is still processing and they have not logged on in 3 days. What should I do? I would like to order from someone else if they are not shipping anytime soon. No indication of delays on there profile either.

Hi Stillfromny30,

This is indeed the correct place to post if you're having issues. :)

Once the order has been processing for 7 days you will have the option of cancelling your order. A vendor usually has 4 days in which to process and ship your order from the date you place it, though this has been upped to 7 days due to the recent downtime to allow vendors to catch up on orders.

When the option to cancel becomes available, simply click it and your Bitcoin will be refunded to you. Please note that if the order was hedged then you will receive back what you paid minus the 4% hedging fee.
