Hello,
the question is in the title
i fear it wont work and already prepare myself to admit that i was fucked over and just loss some money
anyways ill shortly make a topic telling the story
i already contacted the vendor but he just laughed at me

You really should do some pretty intensive research on any particular vendor before you place an order.

i have to admit that my research wasnt very intensive
i looked mainly at the feedbacks and i regret this now
maybe even he sends legit goods and i was selective scammed, i dont know ?

well pretty close to it yes
at first i was going for pre-coocked cocain but the vendor messaged me telling me he was out of stock for that listing (but didnt took it down, i admit my first alarm bell failed there already , so he offered "uncunt" cocaine instead
was i got was some rock hard crap (never had coke that hard before) that was nearly impossible to crumble, looked way too shiny had no smell and no effect :(

Hi UFOCommander,
As far as I'm aware, once the vendor has proof that he/she sent a product (by way of a tracking number or DCN) and can provide that proof to a Silk Road administrator then the vendor is usually in the clear - UNLESS there have been previous reports of similar behaviour.
However, you should NOT finalise the order. Bring it to resolution when the resolution center is back up (48 hours from the time the site went back up, as long as there are no interruptions) and explain the situation to an administrator.
During resolution the administrator will review the history of both buyer and seller and weigh up any evidence that is presented to them. I would recommend you include the message that you received where you were "laughed at" by the vendor, including its date and time so as the administrator can check that out.
If they find that the vendor has acted in such a way that suggests he/she is guilty of the accused act then they will most likely find in your favour.

Like the mod said, if he laughed at you in messages after you accused him of scamming, then the dumbass just proved himself guilty. Administrators can easily see messages. As long as you didn't finalize, you'll be fine.
