Hi I would like to register a new account, I can forum message someone to prove I am human and not some kind of ddos attack? ;D

A new account on the forums or on the main SR site? Registration is open for both, so you shouldn't have a problem starting a new one.

There are currently no restrictions on new signups; this is the second time I've seen this over the past day or two - do you mind posting the address of the site you're attempting to sign up at?
