Title: Back up addresses, Do they work?

On the vender options it has 'back up address' (so your coins come out when the sites down) well mine haven't been sent :( any other vender with this problem?

Transfer of funds to your back up address will only occur if the site is taken offline for good - what we are currently experiencing is temporary downtime.

They are talking about backup wallet addresses which are for when worst comes to worst.  You are talking about the forum backup urls which are for the FORUMS if/when they are attacked again and NOT for the marketplace.
