Hello,
I have ordered lsd from HollandOnline over a month ago. the product never arrived and i was in the process of resolving the issue when i began investigating and noticing the same issue occuring with multiple customers in the avengers thread. I was told to finalize with a 5/5 rating and he would reship 6 of the 20 tabs (came out to $20/tab). I have noticed on his feedback that many of the other customers have finalized with a 5/5 after not receiving their products, making me wonder how inflated his feedback is and I'm wondering if i could receive at least a partial refund as opposed to releasing my money to someone who has not been reliably providing the products to many of his customers and has been coercing a 5/5 rating to keep his rating up.

You should never finalize an order until you are happy with the transaction.
In my experience missing orders of small quantities of LSD are generally due to shipping issues i.e. not sent, either that or the buyer isn't throwing straight dice.
I'm not casting dispersions on anyone here, just offering an opinion.

I havent finalized yet. I suppose my main question is whether i have to settle a refund arrangement with him or whether there is a more official channel i can deal through

You can click on the "resolve" link and take it to the resolution center to explain to SR Support what happened, and request a refund.
