I am having trouble creating a new listing. I can get all the information including a photo uploaded and when I go to actually list the item, I get an error message. Anyone else with a similar problem? Any ideas on a fix? Thanks for your help!

It was just an error for the time being until SR is functional again.
It hapened to me too. I managed to fix it up, but SR has gone down again :(

How did you manage to fix it? I'm still unable to create a new listing!

I am having the same problem. I get the error:
Sorry, an error was encounted.
We could not process your request. (ext)
Although the listings show up in my account->listed items.

Well, it's nice to know I'm not alone! I got one listing added. Still can't get the other one. I'm sure it will be better once we all have had a chance to do our thing. I suspect a lot of the connection issues are just due to traffic volume.

Hi guys, just wanted to let you know that this error isn't exclusive to vendors and posting new listings, it's been popping up on various pages. I'm sure it's being worked on at the minute, but I've found that after attempting the action a couple of times it will generally work.
The site just needs a bit more time; everybody has been very patient up until this point, and that is much appreciated, but it'll just be a little bit longer 'til we're back to normal. As I said though, do what you're trying to a few times and it should eventually have the desired result.
