Title: (UPDATE)*****PLZ HELP ME ******ORDER PROBLEM FROM WITH OCH**********

hey im wanting to know what should i do as i ordered some CM off ozcoldhorse last Thursday and thought that i received it Friday but then Monday he sends me a MSG saying that i missed the cut off time and and it was being send out Monday but my problem is that i FINALIZED thinking it was his order and now i have one vendor who wants me to finalize for the order that i received and OZCOLDHORSE is not replying and i still have not received anything today (Wednesday) and i paid for express so should have gotten it the next day (Tuesday)as i live within the next day zone.


what can i do PLZ help me

   OzColdHorse . . . IS a WELL KNOWN SCAMMER!!    >:(         
   He HAS RIPPED OFF  motek and too many others!  >:(

He "was legit" for a few months AND then  'HE WENT ROGUE'  at first he started shipping jumped on gear BUT THEN he just went completely  BAD  and just took folks money!  >:(
Personally we are VERY surprised he 'came back with the same Nym'  ???

Which IS WHY  it IS  "highly recommended to check the forums BEFORE BUYING! 

 ALWAYS check The Rumor Mill  for the most recent updates about the vendor you are considering buying from .... the SR Forum  IS  your  Friend  ;) 8)

To start with you should do right by the vendor who is waiting for their coins for the order you have received, your stuff up is not their problem.

You will need to sort out the other issue re the order you finalized by mistake with the vendor, I know you have said they are being unresponsive which is unfortunate but in future you should take greater care over coordinating your orders and avoid problems like this from happening.

Sorry if that sounds a bit blunt, just telling you as it is.

I hope the other vendor gets back to you and sorts things out.

thanks for the advice but i have never had a problem with OCH i was like his first customer and has never done me wrong before as soon as i can log back on to the road i will be releasing the funds for the other vendor as i only got a msg off them last night and explained what has happened so this morning i hopefully would hear back from OCH and this other but ive been unable to log in

motek WOULD NEVER say something about a vendor  without "personal experience" with the vendor

OCH    RIPPED US OFF,, TWICE  and refused to answer multiple pm's asking "why/what happened?"  He NEVER replied


When he first came on TSR, and we bought 3 x from him, and it was ALL GOOD ...but the next 2 shipments  were ABSOLUTE CRAP!     worse than what's on the street!

AS I THOUGHT OCH HAS CAME THROUGH FOR ME THIS DUDE HAS NEVER DONE ME WRONG AND IT A GREAT THING THAT HIM COME BACK TO GIVE IT ANOTHER GO..

FOR ALL THE PPL OUT THERE THAT GOT A BAD BATCH OF SHIT AND COMPLAINED TO HIM **THINK ABOUT THIS** THE DUD GET A BAD BATCH AND IS HATED FOR IT HOW MANY TIME DID HE DO THE RIGHT THING AND GOT YOU WWHAT YOU PAID FOR I SEE IT AS WHAT HAPPENED IF YOU WENT AND SCORED YA SHIT OFF THE DUDE ON THE CORNER AND YOU GOT A BAD BATCH OF STUFF. why oh why didnt i do a search on ozcoldhorse before ordering!

ok, so late friday nyte i ordered a tiny bit of shard from this guy. by saturday morning he had already put item 'in transit'. so i assumed come monday , he was gonna send item express.

so today it hasnt arrived and now i see all these posts on forum.

im gonna cancel my order pronto but now afraid he is gonna ignore all messages and leave the order sit there until it auto finalize-or goes to resolution where he will end up getting half my money?

please SR admin, tell me he cant just do that?

also is anyone having trouble getting onto the site today? i keep getting error message.

ALWAYS CHECK THE FORUMS for the Latest info on the vendor you wish to trade with...ALWAYS!

i dont know whats up with this vendor, but has he gone awol again?

his profile makes it sound like its back to normal etc but an order that was made well b4 deadline yestrdy didnt arrive!
last time there was a few days delay but it did show up so i was happy but got a hectic week and need to cancel with this guy if its not being sent until thursday.

problem is he doesnt seem to reply to ANYONE, so im guessing his inbox must be too  pumped because iv never had a reply from him.

funny thing is the order went into 'transit' mode within 45mins or so which made me excited but now dont know if its getting sent thursday or wtf?!

i wish there was a way to cancel an order without having to ask the vendor to arrange it . is there a way around this?

i guess ill wait until tmorow b4 i try and speak to admin.

Hi Tropicbabez1,

You can cancel an order when a vendor takes longer than 4 days to process it, a vendor can cancel an order upon request, or the order can be taken to resolution if it does not show up within 10 days of being marked 'in transit'.
