There is an order that has been sent to the resolution center. The vendor offered a refund, yet when I go to accept it I am sent to my account page with the following message in red by my bitcoin address:
Error. Please log out, log back in and try again.
I have tried this a couple of times to no avail. What is going on?

No idea! Have you tried contacting SR Support over on the main site?

Yes, but I have not gotten a reply.
It is 'under review' status as of now because the vendor waited til the last minute to post the refund offer that he promised days ago.

I've never come across that before, as scout said you will need to wait for a response from SR support.

Can the vendor not just deposit the refund into your wallet?

Hi fletsam,
As far as I am aware this issue is being worked on / is already resolved, but if it isn't, please do open a support ticket describing the issue that you are experiencing in as much detail as possible.
