Title: bitcoins have not arrived

i have bought 4 bitcoins from ziggap, it has been almost 30 hours ziggap says transaction is complete, and no bitcoins have arrived i have used ziggap 3 times before this has never happened.

Does it show up in the blockchain?

If it does and it's not there in another 5 hours or so you will need contact SR support so they can track it down for you. Everyone else seems to be getting their issues resolved either via support or just waiting a bit longer than usual.

I had buy yesterday 0,61 bitcoin and send it to my adress on the road ... on blockchain the transaction is completed but no money is on my account ... Is it a hacking attack ... Had anyone a duplicat from my btc-adress ?? I dont know what to do ? I write SR Support but no response today .. I hope they write me today ...

mustangcobra, there is an issue with deposits being credited at the moment and it is being worked on. Your Bitcoin will be credited to your account when the issue is resolved. You can join the discussion in the main thread on the subject here:
