Title: Missing deposit

I deposited some btc into my account last week and the funds still have not shown up in my account. I tried to contact customer support but have not even had my message read after a day and a half.  I have never had an issue with the Road, so I have not had to contact customer support before now. I am a bit concerned about how these issues are resolved.  From what I have read on other posts, I gather that customer support is good about resolving funding issues.  I have the blockchain info showing the deposit was made.  I appreciate the forum and the road, so I really hope this can be resolved.

Ill be sitting here mashing refresh every so often with ya man..Looks like an issue has arose.. I fell the SR staff is on it.. I just hope it happens beore i lose a couple hundred dollars in coin devaluation

I sent a deposit yesterday at 2 pm; it's now the next day 9 am and still nothing showing in my account... It was confirmed in the blockchain by 3 pm yesterday.
I send a message to support but no reply; what should I expect? Is my $455 gone?

Doubt it's gone officially, ducky, but you never know. Just keep that Blockchain confirmation on hand for proof of submission, and hopefully everything will come out smooth.

All you can do in this instance is contact SR Support as you have done and they will get the issue sorted for you. Please note that it can take up to 48 hours to receive a response from them as they are incredibly busy, but that time period may be a little longer due to the volume of messages they have gotten about the recent deposit issue.

In order to fight off the recent DoS attack we had to do substantial reconfiguration to the entire Silk Road system.  We are still working out the kinks, and there are a couple of isses that have to be addressed.  One is deposits and withdrawals not showing up in a timely manner.  We found one problem the new config was causing to this system and fixed it today, so deposits/withdrawals should be flowing now.  If you still don't have yours, please message support on the main site.

The other issue is being logged out seemingly at random.  We are still looking for the cause of this problem, but I assure you it is a top priority and we will get it fixed soon.
