How long can an item I purchased be marked "processing" before I get my bitcoin back? A very reputable vendor has gone MIA and none of his customers are receiving their orders. None marked in transit, all "Processing".

After something like four days you can click cancel.

Thanks slothrop! My vendor came back last minute then and says orders are going out tonight.

We might have the exact same vendor. I'm still new, so the thought of losing my BTC in translation scared the hell out of me until I realized "Cancel" was an option. Luckily, he showed up last minute and said everything was still in the works.

:-\ Yeah, I hear ya about the worry part. Going to Wal mart and sending cash to a random string of numbers to buy drugs seemed sketchy as hell. I just had my first order ship. It's amazing how seeing that first order switch to "In Transit" makes the fear just melt away. OK, maybe a bit anxious about the delivery, still, but not too bad :)

Ive had two orders placed Sunday afternoon still on processing atm, though it shows both vendors have been on daily. Whats the point of paying for express shipping if the order isnt shipped out for 3 or 4 days? Still waiting on replys to PMs :(
I guess the take away from this lesson is to only go with established vendors

Hi MeatMittens,
As stated by others above, a vendor has 4 days (96 hours) to ship your order - if they do not process it within that time-frame you will have the option to cancel.
