I believe I did: To elaborate on your question: I follow Silk Road policy. I cannot simply "draw the line between freedom of speech and threats/blackmail" as it is a complex issue. Threats are defined as anything that may give a member reasonable cause to fear for their safety or personal information. If it can be proven that a vendor has threatened a buyer then their vending privileges will be stripped. This does not yet seem to be the case and the claims of it occurring are something that it is up to SR Support to investigate. Blackmail is defined here as any action taken by one party in order to induce a desired effect contrary to the wishes of the other party. If such blackmail occurred via Silk Road PM then it will be found should an investigation take place. Stating on a vendor profile that a buyer's username may be added to the vendor blacklist unless a 5/5 is given etc. can not be considered 'blackmail' as - by placing an order with that vendor - the buyer is agreeing to the terms and conditions outlined on the vendor's page.
