Great, got it! motek I get swamped with PM's about various issues on a daily basis, I cannot remember every issue that members come to me with. I apologise for not getting back to you, even to tell you that there was nothing more for me to say. I said I would get back to you and I didn't - sorry for that. However, as stated above there is nothing that we can do when it comes to the main site. We deal with customer support issues here because a huge amount of the questions people ask SR Support are very basic things that are caused by them not understanding how the site works - answers to which can be found in the SR Wiki or here on the forums. Regarding issues with vendors, they will have to be brought up directly with SR Support. If it's a pressing matter you are, of course, free to message the mods here and we will see to it that the issue receives an administrators attention, as we did with this issue. We don't always hear back when we send something up the chain due to how busy the administrators are but rest assured everything that we send up gets looked at or investigated if needs-be. Libertas
