There should be a [thank] and [discourage] button underneath a poster's name or avatar. [thank] awards positive karma and [discourage] awards negative karma. You are limited to giving karma to a each person once every 72 hours, but if you award bad karma you can change it to good karma and vice-versa within that 72 hour period. Libertas
