The evidence to support scout's point is in the fact that InfiniteSource was stripped of their vending privileges for those reasons; the evidence of those was presented and investigated by an administrator before the ex-vendor in question was stripped of their vending privileges. A decision to do so is not taken lightly, and requires administrators to be 100% certain that the vendor has broken the rules. scout is not the one that sent the "rude" Support messages to InfiniteSource, so you are addressing the wrong person in that regard.
