To answer your question, you cannot Finalise an order until it has been marked 'in transit' by the vendor. The reason for this is because when you Finalise an order, you are stating that you have received it and are 100% satisfied with it, and obviously you can't have received it if it hasn't yet been sent. If you decide to FE on this purchase there will be NOTHING that Silk Road can do to help you should something go wrong - as a result, if something does go wrong, please do not start a thread in the forums asking what you can do to get your money back.
