Hi 0BMX, Please read the following section of the SR Wiki: http://dkn255hz262ypmii.onion/wiki/index.php?title=Frequently_Asked_Questions#Order_questions We recommend that buyers never, ever FE. Work everything out inside the resolution center. If the buyer refuses to do a resend unless you FE, and you choose to do that, Silk Road will not be able to protect you as the resend will not be held in escrow due to the fact that it won't be a paid order going through the Silk Road system. The vendor will simply be sending out your product again - there will be no trace of this on Silk Road's end, nor any way to confirm it. If his package is "intercepted" again, or otherwise fails to reach you, you will be left with nothing at all. Again, Silk Road can only protect you on orders within escrow. When you FE, you are willfully removing the protection that escrow provides. The administrator decides what the refund % will be, and takes all the evidence at his/her disposal into account when deciding the rate; that is all contained in the link I provided above. Libertas
