That is a good idea, but the relevant information is scattered far and wide throughout the forums - it would be virtually impossible to gather it all up and cut it all down to present it in a similar format for each location. Perhaps as a community effort it could be done, but moderators and administrators certainly don't have the time to do it - which is a shame.
