Apologies for the previous posts, tuppenceone2012, I was just getting tired of answering the same question in a number of different threads about why people couldn't get refunded sooner; I shouldn't have gotten so worked up about it - sorry! I know it might seem as though it would be a simple process to match up messages and read the conversations between buyers and vendors etc. but given how slow things are through Tor, the relatively small Support team, and the huge volume of messages that an administrator would have to go through for each person in the same situation (along with checking the order that the message relates to in order to see the circumstances surrounding the issue) it is simply not possible to do that.
