You recently allowed your Silk Road account to be compromised by entering your login details at a phishing site, or allowing a keylogger to operate on your system. By doing this, and not employing proper security measures, you put your buyers details and funds at risk. In my opinion, that alone puts you in breach of the Seller contract that you agreed to abide by upon purchasing vending privileges; one of the 7 points in the Seller contract is the following: You showed reckless disregard for your customers and demonstrated absolutely no respect for their safety by allowing your account to be phished. I would imagine any buyers that had their details compromised would also be"SUPER UPSET". The reason that Silk Road has suspended your account is in order to investigate the issue that occurred; it's right there in black and white in the message you received. This is something that will have to be taken up with Vendor Support in any event; we can't do anything for you here as we have no administrative access to the main site.
