If a vendor cancels your order, you will receive the USD amount that you had in escrow back immediately upon them doing so. If the order is still on your order page and has "cancel" written beside it, though it is not yet clickable, then the order is still processing and has not been cancelled by the vendor. A vendor has 4 days total from the time you order to process, pack and ship your order out; after that 4 day (96 hour) period is complete, and if the vendor has not yet marked the item 'in transit', then the option to cancel will become available.
