Hi Tropicbabez1, The option to cancel an order becomes available 96 hours (4 days) after you have placed it - not on the fourth day, but when the fourth day expires. Once a vendor has put an item 'in transit', it cannot be cancelled, and if there is an issue with the order after this time you should put it into resolution (which becomes available after day 10, if I recall correctly).
