Okay, can you try the following: Please ensure that you have installed the latest update for the Tor Browser Bundle. If that does not work, uninstall Tor completely, then reinstall. Ensure you backup any bookmarks beforehand. If that still doesn't work, cold boot your computer - shut it down fully, unplug everything, remove the battery (if a laptop) and leave it for 10 - 20 seconds. Plug everything back in, reboot, and try again. A cold boot (more than just a reboot) can solve a whole host of problems with your computer!
