If this ever occurs you should state it to the administrator dealing with the resolution, along with any evidence you may have to support your claim. As it is, buyers and vendors should not be resolving things outside the resolution center - they are free to, of course, but when that happens issues like the one above can arise. During a resolution, keep EVERYTHING inside the resolution center. If the administrator had seen what was occurring I have no doubt that you would have received your full refund, and the vendor would have been chided for attempting to coerce you into leaving 5/5.
