If you cannot log in to your account, please follow the steps below - if one doesn't work, move on to the next: Hit 'get a new identity' in the Vidalia control panel. Restart Tor. Hit 'Stop Tor' in the Vidalia control panel, then 'Exit'. Start Tor Browser again. Uninstall and reinstall Tor - remember to backup any bookmarks before uninstalling.
