Even the smallest scale vendors need to think of things from a real-world large scale supplier's perspective: To allow for the time it may take some packages to arrive, you need to think of it in terms of providing your product upfront to your customers (SR sales), then waiting 2 / 3 weeks for them to clear it (SR shipping time), then receiving your money (SR finalisation). Occasionally one of the people you are supplying will get busted, robbed, or won't pay you (SR resolution).
