Silk Road doesn't prompt you to leave feedback - are you sure you were visiting the correct URL: silkroadvb5piz3r.onion? Also, is there any chance you were using Atlantis of BMR?! That might sound like a stupid question but it's happened before where people thought they had been using SR but were actually using BMR. For now we'll treat it as an isolated incident.
