Having checked this out I'm positive the problem is on BitStamp's end. There is no record at all of your deposit hitting your Silk Road address, which - as far as I'm aware - it would have before being withdrawn and tumbled. If Bitcoin are sent to an address they will ALWAYS reach it directly without any interference. If they could be interfered with on the way from one address to another the entire system would be insecure, pointless and completely open to attack. I find BitStamp to be an excellent exchange but I have personally had to open up support tickets in the past there to have the odd withdrawal from my account pushed through manually. There are obviously occasional issues with whatever process they're using to send withdrawals automatically, but they are a very helpful exchange and they will certainly sort it out for you. No need to apologise, I fully understand your frustration - it is YOUR money that is missing. Thankfully this is not a Silk Road fault, and I hope BitStamp get it sorted as soon as possible for you.
