Hi tracy, When you click on a vendor's page and all you see is the messaging interface this means that their account has been suspended. You will receive a full refund when this happens (as long as you do not FE - you were completely right to stay in escrow!); please click 'resolve' when it becomes available. I'm unsure as to whether or not you will have to wait for that long before receiving your refund but when the option becomes available, do click it just in case and request a 100% refund. Libertas
