Hi f4u5t, Do not finalise your order and take it to resolution when the option becomes available to you. You can no longer cancel your order but in the resolution center you will have the option to request a full refund if you wish to do so. The vendor has no choice whether the order goes into resolution or not, once resolution is clicked it automatically enters the resolution center. An order will not auto-finalise once it is in resolution.
