Hi TheGreenXchange, I'm afraid this is something that only Vendor Support can help you with. Moderators have no administrative access to Silk Road so we can't check what's going on in this instance. The only thing I can think of is if you have your account set to display in USD rather than Bitcoin - any fluctuations in Bitcoin's value would thus affect your balance. If that is not the case then I'm afraid you will just have to wait for Vendor Support to get back to you on the issue. I'm sure they'll resolve it in any event, so don't be too worried about it.
