Hi i placed a fairly big order a week last Sunday which the vendor asked me to finalize early because of the attacks on silk road i placed my trust in him and did so but the order never came and it was 1st class royal mail so if it was sent it would have been here by now. He clearly state that he offers refunds on his vendor page. This is what he states.

 REFUNDS/RESHIP.
If for some unbeknown reason your order never shows contact me and we will work out a refund, each case will be dealt with individually and the percentage i offer may well differ from customer to customer and will be calculated using a very scientific method
Le MAG will never reship an order.

His messages are just rude all he says is no refund no refund. I think i am entitled to at least a percentage back. I have never had an a problem out of many orders until now, What can i do. can silk road support help me out here please this is a lot of money to me. You cant say you do refunds on your page and then flat out refuse.

Sorry to hear about your problems with this vendor. Please report him on the main site using the 'report this vendor' link on his profile detailing what has happened. A vendor's refund policy is only enforceable if you keep the order in escrow.

However, due to Finalising Early you unfortunately have no comeback if you have been scammed. The escrow system is there to protect you. You should never, ever FE for any vendor as doing so removes the protection of escrow.

thanks for getting back to me but it is now 18 hours and nothing , how long will it take support to do it manualy ?

There is an issue with deposits being credited at the moment and it is being worked on. Your Bitcoin will be credited to your account when the issue is resolved.

Response from the OP to mdmafx:

It was customs, it was sealed with Green, Opened by australian post for inspection by customs.
The package contained 10 Nintendo's which I believe were noticeable since the small bag containing them was open and inside that was the bag containing them.
Unless this was kinda some guy giving a warning to me from customs or there watching me I have no idea.
The Vendor was from UK

They look legit, there the classic Nintendo pills so I doubt they would have replaced them haha but it just seemed so strange unless they just had a peek and thought it was nothing :/

It sounds okay but I honestly have no experience with a scenario such as this so can't help much more than advising you to stash the pills off your property as soon as possible, just in case. It's likely nothing, but I'll move the thread to the Shipping forum so it gets more exposure, and you'll have a better chance of getting some good advice there.

So I finally got some pills, not many but it eventually got here, tad late.
But it had been opened by customs all the way to were the pills were but yet they left the opened for inspection however nothing was found and it was still shipped to me :s
Does this mean my address has been flagged ? as to the point they let it through so that I would still deliver to the address, like it seems pretty sus, considering the pills were in plain sight.

Do the pills look legit or do they look like they could have been replaced with an inert substance?
