We delete it as soon as we see it, but we also have to deal with customer support issues and other things on the forum so don't always see it as soon as it's posted. We also can't be here 24/7, but rest assured it will always be dealt with the second a mod sees it happening!

First time user here, and I have a question about putting my name on the address I'm giving to a vendor.

When you send the buyer your address, how long do they have that for? Like for example if they got busted and the feds could log onto their account, could they see where all their orders have been shipped out to?

I'm guessing realistically this is nothing to worry about if I'm just making small orders, but I'd like to be safe as possible. I'm guessing putting a fake name or something like "Current Resident" would only make the package more suspicious.

Buyer details should ALWAYS be encrypted using PGP so as only the vendor can read them, and are deleted once the item is marked 'in transit'. Vendors are required, by the terms set out in the Seller Contract and Seller's Guide, never to save addresses. If they do, and it is found out, their vending privileges are immediately revoked.

Just to clarify, you cannot log in because you have fallen victim to the vendor phishing scam and willfully provided your login details and PIN to them.

Just wanted to enquirer how long sr take to decide on a resolution?

Placed an order from a vendor who I have dealt with before only to have it not turn up, I originally asked the vendor to resolve to which he was polite etc in messaging but once asked again received no reply.

Another thing that worried me was the promise of tracking which when asked for was told it wasn't kept.... And in the same message asked me to fe! Needless to say this didn't happen.

So we are not under review and the vendor made a point in the resolution of stating that my stats had refund and auto finalise rates! In over 69+ transactions my refunds have been less than 1% (0.8 to be exact) and auto finalise 2.5%.

I'd also appreciate other buyers who have been in a similar position provide some insight as I'm worried I will have 700 dollars flushed down the toilet!

Am i banned ? how can i find out. i say this because i bought shares on SR and i really hope i wasnt scammed. i was then instructed to notify SR FINANCE with my btc sent, shares, and vendor name.  is there is a SRfinance Department. over 24 hrs no logg in Failed every time.

As stated in my reply to your PM, that message was a scam and had nothing to do with Silk Road. You are fully aware of that.

If you cannot log in to your account, please follow the steps below - if one doesn't work, move on to the next:

Hit 'get a new identity' in the Vidalia control panel.
Restart Tor. Hit 'Stop Tor' in the Vidalia control panel, then 'Exit'. Start Tor Browser again.
Uninstall and reinstall Tor - remember to backup any bookmarks before uninstalling.

Please let us know if that resolves the login issue.

Scout i made investment of some shares and notified Finance. since then same prob failed login....also error message on vendor panel everytime?   thx for your time scout and thx for mentioning the prob 5ofdiamonds

MrNiceGuy007, I told you in response to your PM that the "Silk Road shares" message was a scam, and has nothing at all to do with Silk Road - you are fully aware of this. Any Bitcoin sent to the address in the message is gone. Every person here is responsible for their own actions, and needs to do their due diligence BEFORE sending their Bitcoin anywhere.

Can any support get in contact with me -- I have no idea what happened?
I am not selling anything illegal, I just paid the bond, and I have 4.7 BTC in my account.
I'm a a super secure netwrok, have not been phished, did not share my info with anyone, and everytime I login it says failed.
Yes, I wrote my details down, Yes I have my PIN, NO I am stuck and scared!

Any help greatly appreciated -- I freakin love this site!
