As far as I am aware, and according to the SR Wiki, yes, that should be the case. Perhaps mention it in the resolution center to ensure the administrator does not forget!

Yes, DPR is busy storming MANY castles. Doesn't sleep. That's a known fact. Regarding your issue, we don't allow uploading of files here for security reasons so the upload folder has a max size of.. well.. zero.
Sorry about that!

Feel free to upload it to a .onion upload site though and link it; you'll find mention of a few of them in the Security section. :)

As I've mentioned before, Silk Road does not have to "give you" a new deposit address - deposit addresses appear on all pages by default. Please also note that there are support delays; you can read more about those in DPR's statement here:

If you wish to try and resolve the problem: log out of your account and create a new account. Log in to that new account and let me know if the problem still exists there.

should I report HollandOnline for asking FE?

Vendors are permitted to ask buyers to FE once they have reached 35+ transactions and have been vending for 1 month or more. They are not allowed to ask buyers to remit payment to them by sending BTC directly to their username, but HollandOnline has never been accused of that.
