If you believe you have received bunk product you should take the order to resolution and state your case, providing any evidence to support your claim. The administrator may ask you to upload a picture or two as well - not entirely sure as I've never had such an issue.

Take it to resolution though!

Well actually I just mentioned that there had been no response from the seller, when I updated the resolution after a few days unanswered, and it has just been resolved, I  got a 100% refund and kept my record clean!  ;D so I'm as happy as can be, thinking of my next order.

As a side note Libertas, I think you'd suit doing a Gandalf move for threads in the wrong place. "YOU SHALL NOT PASS!!!" then smack your *wand of power on the post and we then all see it in another sub-forum. Just an idea...

* = I sincerely apologise to the entire member base of SilkRoad, apparently I have brought shame upon all of us and my I possess a worrying lack of insight into fantasy films. The use of the term wand is not only insulting, but degrading to the powers of Gandalf who in fact carries a staff and not a wand as I originally suggested. I accept my place in hell for eternity for this grave mistake and profusely thank my peers for correcting this extremely important detail.

In the words of Judge Judy: "Shut the hell up and sit down. Overruled." :P

I'll take the Gandalf suggestion into consideration though.. It'd go well with the costume I put on when I suit up for my modding duties. I hope nobody ever sees me though, it'd be very embarrassing.... :-[

Well, they finally posted, even though blockchain said there was nothing there, weird. Took over 24hrs. At least I have them back : ) I've learned that sending directly to SR takes over 24hr, but sending to a wallet, then SR, take a 1-2 hours. Not sure why. Thanks everyone.

I presume that if you check the address now it shows that the transfer shows up?
If they did not appear when you were checking the address earlier at blockchain.info then they were not sent when Bitinstant told you they were sent. A lot of people seem to be experiencing similar delays with Bitinstant recently, and it is entirely on their end, not Silk Road's.

Im having the same issue, i sent BTC from blockchain to SR and they havent showed up in my SR account.

So I had a relatively large placed with a vendor and now when I click his name from messages to go to his vendor page, it just goes to the message like he doesn't exist. I felt like I was being scammed for a long while, I had to FE for an item worth about 250$. Now it's about a month down the line, he said he re-shipped it a week ago, and then he said he would give me the tracking number but never did for the re-ship. He also never gave me a tracking number for the first one he sent. It's like he never sent anything. Nothing has showed up. I've made other transactions no problem. The vendor name is Larghetto

If a vendor's page does not show up when you click their name, that means that they have been stripped of their vending privileges - usually for scamming.

I'm afraid there is nothing that we can do in these situations if a buyer has chosen to FE. Silk Road can not protect you in situations where you willfully leave the protection of escrow.

Never, ever FE. If buyers stopped FE'ing, they would stop being scammed.

No it's showing what the balance would have been minus the listing that was duplicated.

Sorry, just a little confused from the wording:

Did you get charged for the original item?
Did you get charged for the duplicate item, or did it go through and just not charge you for it?
What does your 'account balance' currently show?

Hey lib

Does not state in his profile anything about signatures. I thought this was common knowledge, especially among responsible vendors. With the recent arrests of people via controlled delivers, now is even more important to be safe. CrystalShip is putting people at risk!

Some vendors do require a signature on orders; it is entirely up to the vendor whether they wish to do this or not and it is something that should be clarified with the vendor before ordering from them.

Both parties must take responsibility for the action and inaction that led to this occurring.

CrystalShip sent me a express package that took two days to get to my house. He forgot to waive the singnautre, so when the mailman knocked on my door, and asked me to sign a slip for a package that had felony narcotics in it, I declined. After messaging CrystalShip this is his responce,

"You asked for express and USPS asking for a signature is always a risk with express because the USPS personnel sometimes fail to change it in the computer. Most people on SR have had to sign for a package like that at one time or another and the fact is, if you bothered to discuss the matter with an attorney, signing for a package does not make culpable for its contents nor does not signing for it absolve you of possession, IF they can show that after receiving it, you opened it, aware of the contraband within and made no effort to report it to authorities. I've certainly signed for my share of packages"

I am out $150 because of his mistake, and he refuses to take responsibility! No drugs, no money. Thanks crystalship!

I think I replied to you in another thread about this but you should certainly take the item to resolution and state your case to the administrator. If you purchase something that the vendor states you won't have to sign for, but are then asked to sign for anyway, it is not your fault.

Hi guys,

I was just wondering why I get an error message every time I try and upload a photo to any of my listings. It just says

"Sorry, an error was encountered.

We could not process your request. (ext)"

Any help would be greatly appreciated,
