Unfortunately we do not offer support for these kinds of transactions because we cannot hold your payment in escrow. If there is an issue, you'll have to work it out directly with your vendor.

Silk Road explicitly advises against using Bitcoin exchangers that operate here. If you placed an order for a physical item and haven't yet received it, take it to resolution.

HI I have had two orders cancelled b and on both occasions when the money was refunded it has been less 0.04 bitcoins, totalling 0.08 bitcoins. I cannot find anything in the forums or SR policy to explain why this has occurred. Can someone explain why this has possibly occurred.

The order was hedged, so you received back the money you paid less the ~4% hedging fee that is applied to all hedged orders.

I have the latest version of Tor and I made a new username real quick and it works.. I dont know what happened I know my passphrase.. is there something with the username? I just did my first transaction and i still had bitcoin...

Its possible that your account was phished if you have EVER entered your login details into any site other than silkroadvb5piz3r.onion

Please be aware that there is another .onion site with "silkroad" in the name, and that is a phishing site.

The only thing you can do is contact SR Support and have your passphrase reset; the instructions for doing so are in the link I provided in my previous post.

I know it's a silly question but are you sure you're entering the correct passphrase, and you're using CAPS and spaces (if any) in all the right places?
