Newbie discussion / Re: best cola
« on: May 28, 2013, 03:49 am »
I have a funny feeling that this thread ties into the thread here:
http://dkn255hz262ypmii.onion/index.php?topic=161332.0

Personally speaking I think this member seems to be looking for the best cocaine available to order and have sent out as "samples" to trusted reviewers here. They are not permitted to advertise samples unless they have a vendor account - which they do not have.

I propose that they are then planning to set up a vendor account once these "samples" have been received, make some sales from that account on the back of these excellent reviews by trusted reviewers and acting as a "go-between" - buying other vendor's products and having them shipped to the buyers. This would most likely be to build up trust and get their stats up so as they can eventually demand FE and potentially make off with thousands of $ in Bitcoin by pulling a FE scam.

I am open to correction on that, but by not following protocol they have already shown themselves to be somewhat underhanded. I'm willing to bet 0.5 BTC that I'm correct in the assumptions I have set out above.

You may NOT offer samples without a vendor account. All address information etc. MUST go through the Silk Road ordering system if you are interested in giving out samples for review.

Locking this until I receive verification that the OP does indeed have a vendor account. CannaConnection, PM me with your vendor URL.

EDIT: Thread unlocked to reflect new forum policy - samples are allowed to be given to any member, but payment of any kind may not be requested in return (whether that is for product costs, shipping costs, packaging costs etc.)

Everyone loves me, so it's not a exception DPR loves money, so i think he just allows this to keeps the big amounts of orders flowing on the accounts being sold so he can rack up the SR fees and just live life  8)

I would imagine the number of accounts that have actually been sold since Silk Road's inception to be in or around the 15-25 region. It is not an issue of money. It is most likely that DPR allows this because a) it is impossible to prevent, due to the fact that we are all accessing Silk Road via Tor and b) because restricting the one item that he/she "sells" (used loosely as the payment is a bond, not a fee) on the free market that he/she created would be crassly hypocritical.

The search function really sucks here.

Try this link,

The search function works great, you just have to know how to use it properly! ;)

When using the search bar, do it from within the forum that you wish to search. Searching from the forum homepage will look through every forum, but searching from inside the Shipping forum, for example, only pulls up results from the Shipping section.

You can do the same inside any thread as well - the search bar searches the area of the site that you are active in, whether that's the main area, a sub-forum, or an individual thread.

Don't kid yourself.  The search function sucks.  More than half of the time it says error.  The rest of the time results don't come up.  I've used the word fuzzy before, search for it, nothing will come up.  The search engine is trash Lib.

Searching through posts from your username shows no result for the word "fuzzy" - that's searching through the posts of 'Jack N Hoff' for that word, matching all or any, over the past 9999 days. If you had used it in a post that was not deleted, it would have shown up. I have searched for rare, previously used words from late 2011 from my previous forum handle to confirm this.

The search function does its job very well - it indexes the entire forum, and can be used to search particular sections by performing the search within them. I've used it countless times on both my moderator account and previous handle, always successfully. Yes, the "your last search was 5 seconds ago" error occurs, but you simply have to click the 'back' button and try again.

Customer support / Re: Approved by vendor to order - ordered...

thanks very much.

want the order! want to do business as vendor is (100) with great reviews. fingers crossed.

You're very welcome. :) Best of luck with it, and remember, never FE. Once you leave the safety of the escrow system Silk Road can do nothing to protect you or your funds should something go wrong.

Thread locked as resolved.

ANYWAY ITS  SORTED

ok ********** cancelled it, bless him
my mans just said the old fella aint got internet access and wont be accepting parcels items etc anyway he,ll say these aint mine mate to the postie or write return to sender will let you know what if anything happens to him
what a shitty thing to do tho ..and will I let you know if I get anymore messages or threats , maybe stay away for a while
thanks man saved me getting the train up the road
Jah bless

Just want to post this here as well for the benefit of others:

Hi joolz,

Glad to hear it's sorted.

Regarding anything that arrives, I would highly recommend completely refusing the package; in a legal sense, acceptance of a package implies that you were expecting it and is enough for a judge or jury to infer guilt. Inferences are what make or break a lot of cases when other evidence is not available so allowing yourself to be put in a position where inferences can be made is a very bad move.

Accepting a package and writing "return to sender" unfortunately doesn't work as a defense (though it may be considered a mitigating circumstance if you have the right lawyer/solicitor) as, if caught, you would be getting charged for possession of a controlled substance regardless of what container it is in. Once it's in your possession, how it came to be there becomes a relative non-issue.

Do keep in touch and let me know how everything goes; I truly hope nothing comes of it.

Best of luck, and stick around - the community needs your eagle eye!

placed order due to limited units, in the address entered [ need your pgp to encrypt sensitive info! ]

vendor has 100 rating and review thread shows he's legit. quick communication has gone to unread msgs over 24 hours tho vendor has been online. need to reach to send sensitive info to complete order.

money in escrow. order processing. no option to cancel. trust vendor, very worried by lack of communication and no option to cancel. help.

A vendor has 4 days (96 hours) to process an order and mark it 'in transit' before the option to cancel becomes available.

really? it did affect mine negatively previously... although luckily it was only a "lotto" order so my refund rate is only .03%

How long ago was this, and was the refund given to you when the vendor had been stripped of their vending privileges or when they were still operating?
