Hi,

i've tried to finalize a bulkier order from vendor "Uhrwerk". After finalizing the screen jumped into Accountscreen with a red error warning under the first deposit line. In the Account history transaction is finalized but there is still no feedback for this transaction (a little suspect). At this time i don't know, whether the payment has arrived because i'm waiting for his reaction but it looks like everything is ok.

Hello. Do you mind explaining how exactly I change my signature? I clicked around my profile and could not find anything that looked like it would be what I wanted.

Libertas just a note here, not having a go but it might be a good idea to ask a little bit more about the vendor before advising to take things to resolution, I mean I knew not to take it to reslution unless things got really bad but newbies listen to everything mods say and this would of caused problems if a buyer completely cut off comms from a vendor for a fairly small thing, just friendly advice try and get the whole picture first as completely cutting off comms to a vendor should only be in extreme cases in my opinion.

My order hasn't arrived or it's not what I expected.

If your order hasn't come after waiting 10 days, you should click "resolve" next to it on your orders page. This will put the order into resolution. Read all of the instructions in the Resolution Center, and try to come to an agreeable resolution with your vendor.

The instructions in the resolution center tell you to keep all communication about the resolution inside the resolution center so as an administrator has all the information available to them when making their decision.

This is incorrect. An account will be archived after a number of months of inactivity (not one or two months) only if the account balance is zero.

Hey guys, I have a cocern about my account that maybe y'all vets can help me out with. I was away for the past 2 months and when I came back to silk road my account login won't work. Is there an account inactivity trigger? I tried searching this topic with no avail. Are all my bitcoins and buyer stats gone forever??!!!

As stated by the previous poster, contact SR Support and tell them that you can't access your account. If you entered your login details (especially if it asked for your PIN) at any other URL other than silkroadvb5piz3r.onion then it is likely your account has been phished. If that is the case, please see the following entry on the SR Wiki:

When checking out, you will see which orders will be hedged and which won't. After the order is placed, your escrow balance will reflect the dollar value of your hedged orders and the Bitcoin value of your unhedged orders. All hedged orders are hedged as soon as the order is placed. So when getting a refund for hedged items, don't be surprised if the number of Bitcoins you get back is not the same as the amount you paid.

I updated to the new tor browser and logged into SR not realising I shouldn't put in my PIN number to log in (thought it was just new security until I read forum)
Now I can't login to my account that I had bitcoin in.
Can anyone help or have I lost my coin ?

If you entered your PIN then your Bitcoin is almost certainly gone. To reset your passphrase, please follow the instructions laid out in the following entry on the Silk Road Wiki (and I would advise you read all the other SR Wiki pages while you're there); once you've done that, reset your PIN.
