This section is for vendors who wish to 'feel out the market' for new products. We do allow non-vendors to advertise completely FREE samples - all of which must be conducted on the forums - if they have an interest in purchasing a vendor account, though we recommend that buyers do not give their information to such people due to the risk involved.

The $500 is a bond, not a fee, and being such it is fully refundable when the terms of the bond are met.  You can read more in the Seller's Guide here:

This guy hasn't read one of my messages since asking me to FE and said he had it ready to drop in the PO box as soon as I did!

Has given vague statement about his whereabouts but been in communication with new buyers today!

If I were to disagree with heroin being sold, for instance, because I've seen the effects of its misuse/abuse does that mean that nobody else should have access to it? The "I disagree with something so it shouldn't be allowed" mentality has absolutely no place in a libertarian community. You have the right to espouse such views, of course, but they conflict with the very same freedoms that you yourself enjoy here - the right to personal choice without interference from the moral views of others being the main one.

At a minimum, scamming must be against the rules.   I once knew of a darkweb market board that had no admin (the "admin" account had been hacked).  It was a truly free market as no rules could be enforced but it was full of scammers.

That has nothing to do with the points I brought up, nor the topic under discussion. Regardless of that, scamming IS against the rules.
