joolz, consider this your first warning about spamming the forums. If you have an issue, keep it to one thread. Threads outside the Support forums will not be locked unless they are revived 'zombie' threads.

hey there...
i would have a question to all of you...
i have an buyer account since 1 year , 0% auto-finalze, 0% refund rate, member since 1 year...
cause i am really fucked up with my btc i thought about to sell it....but what did you think how much can i sell it?
waiting for comments ;9

All sales must go through the Silk Road order system. If you are unable to list the account for sale through a vendor account, you are unable to sell it.

Forum moderators do not have access to the administrative sections of the site so they can not help you in the Customer Support section here. It has already been explained to you via SR Support that resolution decisions are final, and the administrator took their decision based on the evidence and statements provided and the relative reputations of the parties involved.

You can read more about how resolutions are decided in the Wiki here:

That is the only answer you are going to get; administrators are under no obligation to reveal the process with which they arrive at their decisions to you. If you don't like the way Silk Road operates then you do not have to engage in business here.

Silk Road discussion / Re: New currencies

Sounds great guys. One little request though. Can you get the bitcoin price to start rising 10% every day like it used to? I really liked that feature when it was around.

Haha, that's one I think we'd all like to see! ;D

You need to start reading the information that's provided. There was a reason given when I locked that thread, and there was reasons given as to why you were not refunded your money in the Resolution Center. Read, joolz. Read. Slowly and carefully.

Okay so it seems this has been resolved then! :) No conspiracy after all! ;) Thanks to all of you for your contributions towards working it out!

So we're just going to guess that the thread starters deleted their threads for no reason and didn't speak up here?  Instead of looking in the trash bin?

Lol okay then.

When this was first brought up I checked the recycle bin, though I didn't have the time to examine things thoroughly nor PM many users. What I found suggested that the thread starters did indeed delete their threads, hence my hypothesis outlined above which was proven to be sound by 'ecstacydude'. We have eliminated the possibility of a moderator or other administrator deleting them due to the timestamps on the posts and the 'Last Active' timestamp of the moderators / admins which I recorded when this was first brought up.

You're reading into this with the mind of a conspiracy theorist, and I can see why some people had that mindset given the nature of the discussion in the threads in question. The OPs reasons for deleting the threads are their own, and we are not going to go around asking people why they are deleting certain posts / threads that they've started for three reasons: a) they have the right to remove their posts if they see fit to do so, b) we are not the Stasi, and c) we would not have the time do so if we were the Stasi!!

Why they deleted the threads, I have no idea. Perhaps they did it to spark just this kind of discussion and encourage a sense of distrust, perhaps not. Nobody knows but them.

Libertas

Just because the 'last active' on known admins/mods timestamps don't match up does not necessarily prove that an admin/mod didn't delete them.  Just saying.

Also, what is so wrong about approaching anything and everything with the mind of a conspiracy theorist?  Tinfoil hats aside, I think paranoia is a trait we should all have a little of.  Trusting those in authority too much is how we all end up losing what little freedoms we have left.

Yes, it does. Any action that any member takes on the site causes their 'Last Active' time to update. As the administrator's and moderator's 'Last Active' time didn't update during or after the time period that the thread was delete, it means that no other administrator or moderator deleted the thread. Your argument is unsound and invalid. Just saying.

I partially agree with the second part of your statement. Whilst approaching anything and everything with the mind of a conspiracy theorist is perhaps a tad over the top, "trusting those in authority too much" is certainly something I would encourage people not to get lackadaisical about. It is completely right for a community to question those in authority if / when they see something that they perceive to be wrong, and is in fact something I believe very strongly in doing. Government oppression is allowed to occur because people do not ask enough questions nor adequately demand answers from their governments.

That being said, I formed a hypothesis on what happened based on the facts available to me and asked others to test that hypothesis for the reasons outlined in a previous post in this thread. That hypothesis being independently verified - along with the timestamps that were available - produced proof that no administrator nor moderator deleted any threads. Do you really think that we have that kind of oppressive censor-centric view here?!
The missing threads were deleted by their OPs. There is thankfully nothing more to it than that.
