I just have to get this off my chest but this SR being down all of the time is just becoming ridiculous. How are we as vendors supposed to get our work down while battling the site to stay up. I just do not understand it, while I appreciate the changes of the feedback system etc, it is more important to me to just get the site to work better rather than updating changes. I feel like the staff should at least conquer the goal of keeping the site up ATLEAST 80% of the time. I have been a vendor here for 2 years now and I always bite my tongue when it comes to the site being down but I am VERY frustrated this time. GRRR
Hopefully ASAP to them means less then 5 hours.

We have uptime of 98%, which - for one of the most popular .onion sites by traffic volume - is pretty damn good.
Silk Road has been live for approximately 950 days. Counting the 14 day period of 'up and down' downtime that the site was largely inaccessible for as one block of constant downtime, and allowing 5 days for previous maintenance and unscheduled downtime (in reality it has been a much less than that, but we'll use that figure for argument's sake), that brings us to total downtime of 19 days out of 950 days.
19 as a percentage of 950 is 2%.
It's hard to argue that uptime of 98% is 'ridiculous' given the nature of Silk Road, and the scope of our adversaries.
Please note that recent connectivity issues have nothing to do with Silk Road; they are, in fact, issues with the Tor network itself being overloaded.
