After you had the situation explained to you multiple times you continued to make demands such as 'GIVE ME BACK MY MONEY RIGHT NOW!' amongst others. Whilst you certainly have reason for behaving in such a manner - and we fully acknowledge the fact that you are frustrated - flooding Support with messages containing such demands is not going to speed the process up. Your order will be cancelled and your funds returned when it becomes possible for an administrator to do that for you. As stated, stomping your feet won't change the circumstances. Libertas
