"I understand your frustration but stomping your feet won't change the circumstances. There is nothing that I can do at this moment in time and you will need to wait until the cancellation tool is implemented. I have taken note of your request and will have the order cancelled as soon as the ability to do so is available to me.

FANTASTIC customer service!! My money is being held hostage and I'm rightfully pissed off and all they want to do is make fun and keep telling me I have to wait. The money is mine, I am soooo sick and tired of waiting. The money belongs to me, not to you. GIVE IT BACK ALREADY.
After you had the situation explained to you multiple times you continued to make demands such as 'GIVE ME BACK MY MONEY RIGHT NOW!' amongst others. Whilst you certainly have reason for behaving in such a manner - and we fully acknowledge the fact that you are frustrated - flooding Support with messages containing such demands is not going to speed the process up. Your order will be cancelled and your funds returned when it becomes possible for an administrator to do that for you.
As stated, stomping your feet won't change the circumstances.
