Wikipedia shows 8,969 deaths linked to Islamic terrorist attacks since 1970, so really a drop in the bucket compared to death by other means, and certainly not warranting the amount of money spent to combat it. Sure I agree, but piracy still costs billions of dollars in lost profits, so it really does hurt the finances of content producers and especially distributors.
