All I have asked is the simple question, if mailing one thing or another will cost you your life in either case if you are apprehended for having mailed, what causes you to choose one of those things over the other?

i thought he was talking about mailing bombs to federal agents' homes, which i fully support

direct action is the one of the few strategies left against a state that uses violence against us already
I don't. They're just doing a fucking job. That's like saying "Hey, it's cool to mailbomb a veterinarian because I don't fucking know, I'm a dog and I don't want to lose my balls I guess."

yes and your job can be sending them mail bombs. Do you think you should be punished for that? why you are just doing a job...

The only reason to not anonymously attack LE is that there is a death penalty in some countries, but I don't understand vendors in countries without death penalties and with strict drug laws, why don't you mail bombs to law enorcement agents? You should be anonymous in either case right? I mean, if they can get you mailing one thing why not another. So I guess what I don't understand is, why do you risk going to jail forever mailing drugs, when you could risk going to jail forever mailing bombs to people who want you to go to jail forever for mailing drugs?

Mailing bombs isn't very profitable. Also, the real delinquents aren't the mail clerks at the police station.

sure it is

Some people even say that Unix type operating systems in general are shitty security , and offer up alternatives such as Inferno, however I know very little about these operating systems.

What are everyones view of OpenBSD, as the main desktop or proxy?

TWM

If done correctly a variation of BSD can be the most secure operating system on the planet, and make versions of Linux, even hardened Gentoo, Liberte, Tails etc look like a joke. However saying that, BSD isn't user friendly at all, and a pain in the ass to secure properly.

The general consensus I have seen is that Hardened Gentoo has more potential than OpenBSD, but that OpenBSD out of the box is better. I would actually say pretty much the opposite of what you said, BSD is secure out of the box and less a pain in the ass to secure than hardened gentoo, hardened gentoo is less secure out of the box but has more potential and is a total bitch to configure properly (or even install).

In fact Tor is not even considered to be an onion router by its developers, so the name The Onion Router makes no sense. They consider it to be leek routing, although the people from the Navy who originally came up with the concept of onion routing still consider Tor to be a type of onion router (I wonder if they would consider I2Ps garlic routing to be onion routing also). It probably has somewhat to do with patent trolling and Tor trying to avoid that.

Hidden service connections are TLS encrypted end to end by Tor, in a sense they do not use exit nodes although they still do use nodes that have the exit flag.
Sounds like this guy(OP) read an article then decided that it made him a TOR expert, eh? Skills he ain't.
Edit: Should have said skilled, not skills. Dammit.

The quickest way to spot people who know about Tor from those who don't is to look for the people who call it TOR and assume that they probably have no clue what they are talking about, as only the media calls it TOR and all technical and academic documentation calls it Tor.

edit: upon re-reading your post I have come to the conclusion I should not have been so mean to you, however the point stands

Let them perform anti-money laundering checks (not that they all will, the world is a huge place and there are pretty close to zero globally applied laws), that is what mixing is for. They can know Alice and a thousand other people bought bitcoins  and then all of the trails go dead at the blind mix, and they are left trying to find correlations at best.

The laws of men will never trump the laws of math.

If you have a family history of mental illness and are at some point in your life going to become schizophrenic, smoking marijuana can significantly lower the age of onset.

This thread is full of trollery, all users should be careful.

It's obvious  "steelseth", "kmfkewm", "Shannon",  "sourman" and "Tienamen" are the same person. They all log on at the same time, contribute to the same debates, and all give you negative karma at the same time when offended. They all (or one lol) seem to have some kind of personal issue with me, even though all the advice I give people here is genuine and cautious. You can check this out for yourself by viewing their profiles.

As I said earlier in this thread, I'm just here to purely help people. Nothing "steelseth", "kmfkewm", "Shannon",  "sourman" and "Tienamen" so far in this thread has helped a SINGLE person. NOT ONE. They are just here to attack and bitch and moan and criticize. So beware.

I've posted evidence and proof. They have just posted moans, whines and bitchyness. Be careful guys.

the amount of stupid oscar has shown in this thread has discredited the intelligence he seemingly had in others.
it is amazing how he continues to try and defend his poor understanding of the site, instead of admit he's wrong.

He shows stupid in every thread that he posts in, maybe this is just the first time you have known enough about the topic at hand to recognize the stupid.

7) Javascript can compromise your identity, it can be used to cause data leaks revealing your real IP address which can then be traced to your residential address unless you're using your neighbors wifi which is the clever thing to do. It can also be used for a variety of other things so stop telling people they are perfectly safe and lulling them into a false sense of security when they aren't.

Javascript on its own does NOT compromise your identity. You will need to use other plugins like flash for that to happen. That is a FACT, there is no room for discussion there nomatter how much you bitch about it.

There are other vulnerabilities in javascript like XSS which I will not discuss here, if you like go read a book about it, but those have nothing to do with compromising your identity.

Now go and cry to your mother like the little bitch you are.

Javascript by itself can compromise your security because it can be used to pwn browser vulnerabilities, and in fact it frequently is used to do so. Malicious javascript can pwn browsers.
