I have access to the pills (Sudafed, narixan etc. ..)I'd like a way not too complicated ''shake and bake'' or similar

There are vendors who have recipes for sale for how to make drugs. I haven't checked in a few months, but there used to be Methamphetamine, Amphetamine & MDMA recipes.
There are step by step guides on what ingredients are needed and exactly what to do.

Shake and bake isn't worth the effort. It's very dirty with all yur chemicals trapped inside the crystal or paste you end up with. So it gets you high but also burns your stomache or lungs.
It's ok for junkies who are going to die soon anyway. :-)
Meth is cheap here. $120 /g. Goes very far. Think about it , the work and effort you will go through for small dirty batches ? It's hrs of work.
Don't let me discourage you though. It's a fun process. Go with a bitch reduction method. Search for that here on the forums. It's been posted.
I stopped buying meth myself. It burns my mouth and lungs smoking it after a day. Even the best stuff. Shooting it up is much better though my pee turns dark brown when using it.
It's definitely toxic and other chemicals still in the crystals for sure. It can't be all washed out. It's also why Molly is funny colors. It's too hard to wash it out totally.
Speed from p2np is easy too. The speed paste is great. Tolerance builds fast like in a week.

you did well to stop using meth!! I tried it for the first time a few days ago,I was expecting a nice effect and fun,but I only got 3 days of insomnia and zero hunger and other unpleasant.I passed the desire to produce meth this drug is shit for me.

Brown piss is a sign of liver/kidney failure (I forget which but neither is good.) Get that shit checked out.
Also, yea I doubt shake+bake would do too good on here considering we have vendors with quality product for a decent price. You'd have to price that shit waayyyy cheap to sell any of it.

No kidding. Meth is harsh on the body.
Selling dirty toxic meth to people is seriously bad. You know they will still use it anyway. Even if its killing them it's pure evil.

1. Brown urine is a sign of dehydration (and is bad for your kidneys). No urine is a sign of renal (kidney) failure; if you're still urinating, even if it's brown, your kidneys probably aren't failing or anywhere near it.
2. Anyone who knows what they're doing can get shake'n bake meth as clean as any other meth. But if they knew what they were doing, they probably wouldn't be trying to cook in a goddamn sprite bottle, so...
3. You will set yourself on fire eventually if you try to cook in a sprite bottle. If you care about getting through the week without being in the ER, you don't want to make meth in a soda bottle.
4. It's essentially impossible to hide even a small scale setup if you don't have an isolated area, such as a house or garage or someplace at least a good 10+ feet from anyone else. Fumes carry.
